"It was an awesome learning experience and really helped me get my art to the next level to the point where some studios have genuinely been interested in me, which is crazy. I had no pieces in my portfolio before the mentorship and now have 2 (3 if you wanna count the breakdown) which are (from what I've been told) solid. Tim is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and fun to learn with and will help you materialize your ideas to a full game ready environment. He respects your artistic vision and will give you all the tools and means to achieve it (be it hard technical stuff or more abstract creative stuff). He also helps a lot with career advice and is always available to discuss stuff to help you out. I would go through this again and again if I could. You'd be working at your pace, the schedule being tailored to your needs and you'd define with him what you wanna talk about and work on each session. I went in excited but also super nervous and really not sure I'd be able to improve my art (though this had nothing to do with Tim, just the good ole impostor syndrome) and got out with invaluable lifetime knowledge 10x worth the actual mentorship price."
